Sale of Leasehold Property
We were very happy with our recent experience of Glover Priest, specifically Chloe Spencer and Jordan Whyley. This was for the conveyancing of the Sale of a Leasehold apartment. We specifically requested Chloe and Jordan as they had acted for us on 2 previous occasions. Given the extra complications of a Leasehold property we were very pleased with how the transaction and process was managed, completing in approximately 3 months. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
