Power of Attorney
Emily was lovely. She provided me with clear advice and I left her Office feeling settled and quite happy with the course of action(Power of Attorney) that I really needed to take since my husband died. She was totally professional and the sort of personality that puts you at your ease.

Probate and Trust
Having found ourselves requiring 2 Grants of Probate and the subsequent need of a Trust, Emily explained perfectly what would be required and why. Nick chaired an initial meeting reiterating Emily's first comments and then Emily promptly and efficiently took us through the whole procedure including assessing if indeed we had any tax liabilities when it was complete.
Emily is friendly and approachable whilst being professional and knowledgeable and I would happily recommend her and Glover Priest if you want a first class service.

New Wills

My niece suggested i see a solicitor for her sake but i thought it would be too embarrassing having so little in "my estate" but no it was easy and pleasant thanks to my solicitor, who was friendly and explained things I hadn't thought of and put my mind at ease.
