Great dealing with Anouska and Gemma, constantly chasing and updating myself throughout. Pushed for an earlier completion date. Very happy, would use them for my purchase.

Really good service

We had a very good experience with Laura and the team. Very responsive.

The only negative relates to the ERC on my ported mortgage. The lender explained that had GP contacted them then the ERC could have been removed. Instead I have to wait over a fortnight for it to be refunded.

A long process

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience selling our property and buying a new property.
We were sent many forms to complete, that weren’t even needed for the sale of our property, which made everything super stressful.
The buyer of our property hadn’t even started the searches for our properly, despite 6 weeks passing! We were both using the same solicitors, Gloverpriest and Gloverpriest didn’t even notify us that this issue was happening. You can imagine the disappointment from the people we were buying off when this all came to light.
Once our buyer instructed the solicitor, we had to support him the whole way, as he was unsure of the process! We notified Gloverpriest of this issue and they advised that he did understand.. and that they do not call people, but instead contact via email. It was all very old school, and actually more needs to be done to ensure that people feel supported and reassured about the process, especially if you are a first time buyer and unsure how the process works. Despite this, Musrat was approachable.

After recently completing our first home purchase on 3rd May our experience was amazing with Gloverpriest, Chloe and Jordan made sure they chased the solicitors on the other end and were quick to respond to us when we had queries, our experience on a whole took 3 months round about from start to finish, a little delay in the middle with paperwork however this was on the sellers side, after which a positive experience I would definitely recommend and use this firm again, Thankyou!
