Quick Effective and Efficient

Engaged Glover Priest as my Solicitors upon a recommendation from my estate agent. I searched for several quotes from at least seven solicitors I found them to be well priced, experienced and they lived up to their reviews. Both Laura and Helena kept me apprised with each stage of the process to completion answering all of my queries all the way as the process has somewhat changed since I last bought in the 90s. I would recommend their services to everyone who likes things undertaken in a succinct manner and I'm sure you'll be happy with the outcomes.

Positive experience at a stressful time

Although both Chloe and Jordan dealt mainly with my brother, they certainly kept me fully informed, in a timely manner. I always found their communication clear, to the point, friendly, but professional. They also worked hard to exchange contracts and complete before the increase in Stamp Duty - whilst not of direct benefit to ourselves, this ensured that the sale went through. I would certainly use Glover Priest again

A potentially difficult sale made easy

Chloe and Jorden Whyley oversaw a potentially difficult sale of my fathorse house. Family members were co tenants of the property and acting as atourneys. Matters were complicated when my father sadly passed away during the sale. Despite this they progressed the sale without delay and provided timely, professional and accurate advice throughout. We used Glover Priest to act as our surveyors on a recent property purchase, and I just wanted to say how quick, efficient, and smooth the whole process has been. They managed to get our house through before the stamp duty land tax threshold halved and were so dilligent throughout the whole process. We had a house fall through at the last second and were using a different company to handle it, they weren't very competent and we switched to GloverPriest, we were blown away with how great these guys were!

We would like to specifically mention Rachel, Laura and Helena. Thank you all for the work you put into our purchase, you have been great!

I dont know where to start regarding my experience with Pavneet from this firm. I believe God sends you the right people when you are in need. He sent me Pavneet. She took away all the stress,anguish, pain and heartache that I went through in my divorce case. Her advice and guidance were without a doubt in my mind the best for my children and myself. She didn't look at my case as a solicitor but as a family member. This I believe is what you need when going through a divorce, someone to see you as a person and not just another case.
