We have used Gemma Hales at the Market Harborough branch several times now for both buying & selling of properties and each time the service we received has been 10 out of 10! We found Gemma to be professional, trustworthy, friendly, helpful and quick to come back to us with any questions/queries we had. We found that Gemma protected us from any issues or queries that popped up during the buying/selling process and always acted in our best interests. From the moment we instructed Gemma to act for us to the day of completion the only time we heard from them was when we received notifications to update us on the process which alleviated a lot of the stress. Gemma and Cerys did the conveyancing for the purchase of our house and they were absolutely brilliant. You hear so many horror stories about solicitors and the conveyancing process and we could not have had a more different experience! I've recently used GloverPriest to purchase a property and have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience.

Having purchased and sold with another solicitor before, I know how stressful it can be but GP made it so painless. Lauren was proactive, helpful and kept me up to date throughout the process.

They provide a handy report with all of their findings from the searchers and enquiries meaning that everything is broken down in a way that anyone can understand and also means that you don't have to spend ages trawling through all of the legal documents and jargon.

Would 100% use again and recommend.
