Shoaib is excellent - Thank you

I have used shoaib twice now for my property dealings and he has been amazing throughout all the process. It can be a stressful time when selling your home and shoaib is very calming and reassuring. He is also efficient and professional. You couldn’t get a better person. Thank you .

Absolutely excellent service

My experience with Leah Higgs has been absolutely fantastic. She has guided me through the whole process of buying a new home so efficiently, with a lovely calm, knowledgeable and caring way. A delight to deal with, she made me feel like I was always in very capable hands, and always did exactly what she said she'd do. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her.

Well done Holly Sharpe

We used Glover Priest two years ago when we moved house and are delighted to have used you again for updating our wills. we found Holly to be most helpful and knowledgeable and talked us through the process in easy to understand language. All matters have been dealt with in a timely manner.

We enquired about Lasting Power of Attorney and were given your information sheet on this as it is something that we may pursue in the future.

Wellingborough - Shocking

Appointed Wellingborough branch of Glover Priest to manage sale of property. No chain and cash buyer. Thought it would be straight forward but Roxanne who was managing the case clearly did not prepare, understand the requirements and caused lengthy delays. After 8 months cash buyer pulled out and property had to be sold again. After 14 months sale finally completed with new buyer. I won’t go into the details but this is demonstrative of a very poor conveyancer. I have used GP before and Rachel was assigned - whom was excellent and the reason I returned. If using GP just make sure you are not allocated Roxanne as you’ll be in for a litany of errors, contradictions and delays.

Wouldn't use again. Made to feel stupid for asking questions and very difficult to get answers, not just me but estate agents have the same experience (luckily I have a thick skin and keep asking anyways).Have to add, some helpful girls there too, which was a blessing..but my main experience is not good at all. Don't use if you want to feel supported and not feel punished for asking questing or giving 'hassle'.

We went with these solicitors as we were referred to them by a friend. I have never felt so belittled in all my life! Email responses so rude (if any as most were ignored) chasing constantly for info and updates, not just by me but the vendors solicitors and estate agents also. Being made to feel stupid for asking questions, sometimes people need things explaining in a different way/manner for them to understand, it doesn’t mean they are thick. So needless to say we won’t be using Caroline from these solicitors again.

My feedback is aimed at the (commercial conveyancing team). If the team read this feedback, I hope that they can recognise how bad and unorganised they are!.

The commercial convayncing team is totally broken team, from my personal experience, they are incompetent, unprofessional, lying to customers when you call them, they dont communicate with customers at all we had to call them and email them about three times every week for 6 months until we got them to complete an assignment. In this team, the left hand doesn't know what's right hand up to! The case gets passed from one solicitor to another by the time they completed your commercial assignment; the case passes to more than three Solicitors. We even complained to their manager (EP) even though the manager was siding with her broken team and not seeing the real problems. They don't have respect for business, and they charged me more than what was initially agreed before the start of the proccess. This team is clearly damaging the reputation of the firm if anyone cares about this firm they should open up an investigation and make some real changes.

I dont recommend anyone to go with GloverPriest for commercial purposes as they will let you down.

Thanks

Lesley Russell was just incredible in helping us buy our first home, she is reliable, efficient and informative. She made the process so easy for us and was very helpful with any questions that we had throughout.

The stress of being a first time buyer felt a lot however Lesley took the stress away completely and helped us every step of the way.

I would 100% recommend GloverPriest and especially Lesley to friends and family and would use GloverPriest if we ever had to go through this process again in the future.

A huge thank you to Lelsey for making this whole process stress free and helping us buy our first home!

Jessica & Andy
