Professionalism throughout
Despite, what in my opinion was an unnecessarily long process, right to buy no chain, and my lack of patience! Hannah was extremely professional throughout the process and always responded to emails and took my calls. Sellers side made things more difficult than needed with delays due to small details but Hannah pushed them for the completion date discussed which was agreed and now complete. Overall service is very good and I can recommend Glover Priest for your conveyancing needs.

Hannah is the best!
Hannah was extremely professional the entire time and assured us every step of the process- as someone with awful anxiety, I can’t even begin to describe how at ease she made me feel. She was super speedy with replies and explained things in terms that we could understand. She checked in with us regularly and ensured we were always 100% on every detail and decision. When we weren’t sure about things she never made us feel silly for our questions and was an amazing advocate. Thank you so much for everything. You truly are a credit to the company and I’m so glad we had you through this process <3

Amazing experience
I chose Glover Priest on recommendation from the estate agent I was buying my house with. All of the team at Glover Priest have been fantastic. I initially spoke with Taylor when offered a quote, who was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease which was important to me as I’ve never dealt with a solicitor before, but the rest of the team have always been welcoming and friendly, either on the phone or in the office. Glover Priests overall ethos made me feel they were the right choice to conduct my conveyancing.
I cannot praise Hannah enough - she has been absolutely amazing in dealing with the purchase process. Again, really friendly, professional and understanding. She has made contact with me every week, either by phone or email, which made me feel valued as a client and added an extra personal touch - I’ve not once felt like I’ve been out of the loop in the process.
She has listened attentively and got back to me in good time with any queries or with updates. No question or query has been too much trouble for Hannah and she has endeavoured to get me an answer same day or the next day at the latest.
As a first time buyer with lots of questions and dealing with the unknown, Hannah has made the process very easy and as stress free as possible.
Thank you so, so much for everything you’ve done Hannah, and thank you to the team at Glover Priest. I highly recommend them for any conveyancing needs and I will be using them again in future.

Sale/Purchase
Hannah recently dealt with the sale of my late Mother's property exceptionally well. She has then handled the sale of our property and purchase of new one.
She is very efficient, always keeping us informed of what is happening and very polite and personable.
We would have no hesitation in recommending her to potential clients.
