Pav demonstrated exceptional levels of friendliness, understanding, and professionalism throughout our interactions. I was informed in her firm’s client letter that telephone conferences would come at a cost, I held the belief that such charges would primarily apply when she’s offering information, expertise or if action needs to be taken. I was disappointed to receive an invoice with telephone charges that related to me simply informing Pav that no action needed to be taken. My intention was merely to keep her informed of the progress, as she had requested. While I could have chosen to communicate via email, I opted for a phone call in an effort to save time, considering her understandably busy schedule and the occasional delay in her email responses. In order to avoid similar misunderstandings, I believe it would be beneficial for her firm to explicitly state in their client letters that seemingly minor updates may incur substantial charges, as interpretations of ‘telephone conferences’ can vary among individuals. I trust that this feedback will contribute to enhancing the clarity and transparency of future client communications.

I dont know where to start regarding my experience with Pavneet from this firm. I believe God sends you the right people when you are in need. He sent me Pavneet. She took away all the stress,anguish, pain and heartache that I went through in my divorce case. Her advice and guidance were without a doubt in my mind the best for my children and myself. She didn't look at my case as a solicitor but as a family member. This I believe is what you need when going through a divorce, someone to see you as a person and not just another case.
