    Outstanding efficiency and communication. As my 3rd attempt to get a property when I've been told this will take 8 weeks I was sceptic, "I've been told this so many times before" by other solicitors.     Constructive Feedback on My Conveyancing Experience

    The process started smoothly, but following a change of solicitor, the experience became much more challenging. It didn't feel as though there had been an effective handover, and I found myself having to repeat information and resubmit documents that had already been provided. This resulted in significant delays and unnecessary back-and-forth. I fed this back to my contact, Kimberly and Harmandeep's Team - I emailed Kimberly directly . While I appreciate that not all delays in a property transaction are within the solicitor's control, the communication and continuity could have been much better. As a buyer and investor, the delays had a financial impact, including indirect additional costs and the need to renew my mortgage offer. At times, I also felt that responses could have been more timely and that there was a lack of empathy and proactive support during what was a stressful process. That said, the service did improve towards the end, and we were ultimately able to complete it successfully. I would recommend the firm if improvements are made to solicitor handovers, communication, and continuity of service, as these would make a significant difference to the overall client experience.
