We honestly cannot thank Hayley Arnold for Laura Underhill enough for everything she did for us during what turned into an incredibly long and challenging property sale. What should have been a straightforward sale became a two and a half year journey, with several buyers falling by the wayside, complications surrounding the property covenant and some particularly frustrating issues raised by buyers’ solicitors. Throughout the whole process, Hayley remained positive, professional and incredibly supportive. Even when things became frustrating and it felt at times as though we were never going to get the sale completed, Hayley was always calm, reassuring and determined to keep things moving forward. She was always there to answer our questions, explain the various complications and guide us through what was often a very stressful process. Most importantly, we always felt that Hayley genuinely cared about getting the right result for us and never gave up, even when things became particularly difficult. After two and a half years, we finally got there, and we are so grateful to Hayley for her patience, commitment and professionalism throughout the entire journey.
