Good experience, friendly, communicative solicitors that helped us understand the process, and reasonably priced.
I particularly liked that a lot of the checks were done online so this was very convenient for us, the only time we had to go in was to hand deliver the contract.
The only comment for improvement I have is that when calling them the phone just rings and rings, so instead of being on hold or in a queue, you're not quite sure if they are there, or there's an issue with your phone. It might be useful to have an answer message to allow you to know that your call is awaiting being answered, or to be able to at least have the option to leave a message if you don't have time to wait (for busy people with limited time, this is a must). But all in all, I didn't find this too problematic.

Great job
It was our first time buying a property and we didn't know where to start, so I am glad they were patient with us. We had a lot of questions that were answered and once we finally put all the documentation in place everything went smoothly.

Glover Priest House Conveyance

Brilliant and Efficient service provided by Chloe at GloverPriest
An excellent service provided by Chloe Trueman and Sophie Rostill at Glover Priest and I would definitely recommend their services.
