As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Nicola and the team. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel seamless and took away so much of the stress that comes with buying a home. Communication was exceptional throughout. We never had to chase for updates because we were kept informed every step of the way. As soon as there was any progress, we were updated and always knew exactly where we were in the process and what would happen next. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and Nicola was incredibly reassuring, especially during the moments when things were outside of our control. Unlike others involved in the process, she never caused unnecessary worry and instead gave us confidence that everything was moving as it should. The service we received was truly five-star.
