Hilda was my first point of contact and was really supportive and helpful returning to emails quickly and efficiently. Hilda passed me onto Kat and Kat made the process smooth and helped me understand my case every step of the way. I had an excellent experience at Richard Reed redoing my will. The young woman solicitor dealing with it was kind, knowledgable and helpful. However there is no parking close to their new address for elderly people, so I found that problematic.
