Drawing up of a will
Solicitor, Helena Dar, professional; did everything speedily; kept me informed at every stage & explained all; asked me if I had any questions. Was reassuring throughout; put me at my ease, because I was a bit reticent & nervous I was making sense. All documentation was sent speedily to me. I especially appreciated the sheet itemising the bill & the fact that it said “total to be paid.” So, I was in no doubt what the final bill to be paid was. Furthermore, the receptionist initially, who took my phone call was efficient & friendly. And, Helena, the solicitor, phoned me very soon after that initial contact, to arrange to come out to my house to discuss matters. As I am disabled & cannot walk a lot because of my knee & hip (a little) arthritis, I was so, so relieved, when Helena said I need not visit the office, but she would come to my house & later she & a witness visited me for me to sign the will. I will always consult this firm, if I need a solicitor & will highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal help. A much appreciative client, congratulations to all, who made my experience at drawing up my will so easy & enjoyable.
