I have used Rotheras for various purposes over the years, from notary to litigation. On this occasion I was buying a flat and required their services for conveyancing. I worked with Sara Odedra from the Leicester office and couldn't be more pleased. Sara was professional and knowledgeable. The vendors side was challenging, but Sara kept on top of the case and we completed just in time. I was very happy with the service provided and will be coming back to Sara when I remortgage. I will continue to use Rothera Bray when I require legal services and assistance.

I contacted Lisa recently following on from a previous great experience to assist with a very urgent Land Registry matter and ID check. Lisa responded instantly and completed the matter with true professionalism instantly. I highly recommend Lisa to cover various topics of Legal matters. Many thanks Lisa once again!

1. Making the appointment was straightforward 2. Getting the job done - certifying and copying all the documents was very efficient 3. A very important job done in 10 minutes Well done Jeremy

I contacted around 8-10 solicitor firms between Banbury, Leamington Spa & Coventry to get a statutory declaration authorised and Mark Cooper of the Coventry branch was the only one to get in contact with me. He was able to arrange a face to face appointment with me within a week & was kind, friendly and knows his stuff! I appreciate the service I requested is only minor in the grand scheme of things, but would highly recommend his services.

A very good place i wanted to get sworn oath paper they gave me within few minutes and they are professionals too

This was my second attempt at being a first time buyer, and although the entire process was stressful, absolutely none of that was from my dealings with Howells, and particular Tina Staves who was managing my account. Communication was always prompt, and in the days leading up to completion, all hiccoughs were discussed and Tina was an absolute star at keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on. If I ever do wind up purchasing another property in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Howells for their conveyancing support.
