I have used WGA on a couple of occasions previously. I had no hesitation in going back and, current experience proves I right to do so!
Brandon handled our case brilliantly. Good comms and efficient.

I have visited Ward Gethin Archer in May this year and received an incredible service. All staff was welcoming and friendly and treated my matter urgently and with such care. Ella is very knowledgeable and professional and she found a solution to my problem in an instant. We have been rejected by passport office as the names on the document didn't fully match and the matter was dealt with for over 2 months. After listening to my problem with such a great understanding and reassurance, Ella prepared a document which helped me to resolve the issue within a week. I am so incredibly grateful for her support and help, not mentioning the fact she had also double checked if the passport office accepted the document and only then was happy to finalise the matter. Ella is such an assett to your team and Sharon ( her PA) is also absolutely brilliant! I will definitely be recommending her services. Thank you so so much.

Very pleased with the service and the Out of Court settlement achieved. Very helpful and professional advice, which was always explained,especially the Court process. It was very efficient use of everyone's time to be able to work via emails and telephone calls, without the necessity to meet face-to-face. I felt I was listened to and the whole team who helped with my Case and preparation of Statements worked very hard and I felt supported from your teamwork. I recently started to purchase a property through WGA and the property fell through at the very early stages and the fees for this was astronomical considering they only worked on my file for quote “1.5 hours”

As for selling my property the team worked really hard to get this done however their communication skills were not so great towards the end unfortunately but at least the sale went through I guess.
