From start to finish I believe Sarah and her team dealt with me extremely professionally. The initial phone call to explain my case was incredibly inviting, I didn't feel nervous or under pressure at all and I felt like I was really being listened to, with empathy and understanding despite my particular case being more difficult to understand. This proves that WGA goes the extra mile to get the best for their clients.
The continuation throughout the case to meet deadlines and keep in contact with me was great and I find it very reassuring that any personal details are shared on a secure server.
