This is the 2nd occasion we’ve had Brandon work for us. This time needed more tenacity & persistence due to buyer’s dragging their feet but, we got there! Brandon was on the ball, especially in the closing stages.

I have used WGA on a couple of occasions previously. I had no hesitation in going back and, current experience proves I right to do so! Brandon handled our case brilliantly. Good comms and efficient. Bearing in mind charges made by solicitors, WGA’s were competitive.
