Thomas Flavell & Sons have offices throughout Leicestershire & Warwickshire, providing legal services for businesses and Individuals. We were founded back in 1809 and joined in 1910 by the late Thomas Flavell from whom the practice now takes its name. The Flavell family had been a part of the firm up until late 2016 following the retirement of Tom Flavell. Our journey has seen us grow from the 19th Century Solicitor on the high street, to the modern law firm we are today adapting to the ever-changing legal market. We are proud of our long history, our team, and the high-level of client care we provide to all of our clients. We have used this firm many times before but never this particular solicitor. We had a completely different experience to normal. Communication was poor both with us and the vendor’s solicitor. Everything was left to the last minute. Not professional at all.

Hiren and Shelley supported in our sale and purchase. We had a really stressful end to our purchase due to another solicitor (from elsewhere) in the chain, and Hiren and our estate agents worked hard to manage this in order to get our sale through. I would use them again and really valued the support and advocating they did to get the sale completed.
