Frannie became a member of the TFS team in September 2024, stepping into the role of Conveyancing Paralegal with enthusiasm and expertise, Frannie is now studying and is a Trainee Conveyancer. Before joining TFS, she honed her skills at a local solicitors’, where she built a strong foundation in conveyancing. A proud holder of a first-class degree in Criminology, Frannie considers this achievement one of her greatest milestones. She is passionate about the diverse landscape of conveyancing, relishing the variety and the opportunity to assist clients with top-notch professional service. Outside the office, Frannie is full of energy and adventure. She stays active by playing netball and badminton at local clubs, and she’s also an avid horse rider and dog walker. When the opportunity arises, Frannie loves to hit the slopes and indulge in her love of skiing. Frannie's supervisor is Charlotte Moore, Associate Solicitor (Manager).

    Buying Our First Home

    Where do we start. Thomas Flavell & Sons (TFS) were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. In particular, we had the pleasure of having Frannie Simpson as our point of contact throughout our whole journey. There were a lot of obstacles we had to get through, but Frannie was excellent at keeping us well informed, reassured and chasing any queries or enquiries quickly and efficiently, she really is a great asset to TFS. We would highly recommend TFS for anyone looking at purchasing their first home. We certainly will be using them again in the future!
