Remortgage and transfer of equity
Again a five star experience from Thomas Flavell and Sons.
We have used them many times when buying properties and decided to use them for our remortgage and transfer of equity. Cannot fault the service from Matt, Elizabeth and all of the team. Always keeping us informed and up to date with progress made. Very professional and made it a very smooth and painless exercise. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for being so supportive
Thomas Flavell conducted the sale of my home. It was an extremely emotional and painful time for me. However Matthew Thom and his team, Elizabeth and Paricce went above and beyond to sort everything for me. I would recommend their services 100%. Thank you

Disappointing
We have used this firm many times before but never this particular solicitor. We had a completely different experience to normal. Communication was poor both with us and the vendor’s solicitor. Everything was left to the last minute. Not professional at all.

Conveyancing
Matthew Thom and his team were absolutely brilliant during the sale of our house. They were very communicative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We used this firm because they were our solicitors during a previous sale 30+ years ago.

Conveyancing Service
Our experience with Thomas Flavell & Sons was excellent from start to finish. Having found the business online and choosing to use their service following the great reviews they had we were swiftly quoted and then following accepting the quote we were introduced to our solicitor Matthew and Paricce. At every point of the process we were kept in the loop with clear communication. When the ball was in there court they efficiently actioned the tasks to make sure the purchase was smooth sailing. Best solicitor I have ever used!
I’ve used many conveyancing solicitors in the past, and I can honestly say that Matthew Thom and his team are the best I have ever used. Excellent communication, thorough and so efficient that we completed on a purchase and a remortgage in a matter of weeks. Highly recommended. I will definitely use again.
