I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons. Buying a house during the coronavirus pandemic was challenging, but I was really impressed by the responsiveness and help I received, especially given the circumstances. Chris Stratford and Paige Gunn looked after my case and the communication was excellent throughout. I've previously had poor experience with another firm, so am really pleased I chose Thomas Flavell & Sons who were so professional and I really felt like they were on top of my case. A special thanks to Paige who was brilliant!

House sale
It is over 30 years since I sold a property and have heard some horror stories, but that was not the case when selling my fathers house.
Chris and Paige at Thomas Flavell were great and nothing was too much trouble to answer any questions we had.
It did get a little scary when we needed to sign forms, due to a failed link, but again, after a quick phone call, all was sorted by going onto the office and signing in person.
Brilliant experience and would definitely use them again.

Excellent compassionate and proficient solicitors
Thankfully we had 'Thomas Flavel and sons' solicitors to guide as through an extremely challenging house move. Our solicitor was professional and compassionate, extremely responsive and guided us through the most stressful event of our lives. Great service always well ahead of deadlines.
I have had a lot of experience of buying and selling properties where everything is left to the last minute. I appreciate the forward planning and efficiency of the team. Because I am not UK based I appreciate the use of online systems which are being used effectively. Friendly and efficient staff who are doing a really professional job.
