Chris Stratford qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in 1999. He became a Partner in 2001 and was appointed as a Director in 2015 when the firm became a Limited Company. Chris is also Head of Conveyancing for Leicestershire based at the Hinckley office. With extensive experience in non-contentious property law, Chris specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, option agreements, and advising developers on site acquisitions through to eventual plot sales. Outside of work, Chris enjoys a busy family life with his three children while also making time for competitive league tennis. He is a keen marathon runner, always up for a new challenge.

    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons. Buying a house during the coronavirus pandemic was challenging, but I was really impressed by the responsiveness and help I received, especially given the circumstances. Chris Stratford and Paige Gunn looked after my case and the communication was excellent throughout. I've previously had poor experience with another firm, so am really pleased I chose Thomas Flavell & Sons who were so professional and I really felt like they were on top of my case.
