Leah joined our Leamington Spa office in October 2025 as a Licensed Conveyancer within our Residential Conveyancing team. Leah began her career in Conveyancing back in 2014, starting out as an Apprentice Legal Secretary before steadily working her way up through the profession. Along the way, she also gained experience in Wills & Probate and Family Law, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how different areas of law can intertwine when supporting clients through life’s key milestones. She holds a Level 3 CILEX Certificate in Conveyancing Law and Practice, as well as Level 4 and Level 6 SQA Diplomas in Conveyancing Law and Practice. Her dedication to her career was recognised nationally when she was named “One to Watch – Conveyancer of the Year” at the British Conveyancing Awards in 2023. Leah’s expertise lies in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, and she has acted for a range of clients - including several high-profile individuals - always providing a professional and reassuring service. When asked what motivates her, Leah said: “Moving home is one of the most stressful things a person can do, and I want to help make the process less stressful. I also want to be a part of the developments and changes to better the conveyancing process moving forwards.” Leah is particularly proud of qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer while working full time - and still finding time for a solo adventure to Portugal!     I’ve used Thomas Flavells Solicitors for around 20 years and have consistently had an excellent experience with them. Over that time, I’ve dealt with Leah Leach, Kelly Roberts and Sarah Workman for conveyancing, and Jamie Connolly for commercial property matters. In every case, I’ve found them to be professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely helpful.     We worked with TFS when buying our first house and extremely satisfied with entire process. Leah Leach and Lydia Sorrenson looked after our case. They took care of it very professionally, answered all of our questions without any delays (mails even within minutes sometimes). They understood our nervousness and informed us as detailly as possible through it. It took only 2 months for me to get the keys. Their online system is constantly updated so you can see where you are with your journey. Highly recommended, very trustworthy and transparent company.
