Sarah is very knowledgeable when it comes to some of the stickier and nuanced areas of selling leasehold properties. I really liked the way she introduced herself to me when she took on my conveyancing. Harriet is amazing!! I dealt more with her towards the end of the sale. She is so responsive to emails. I never had to chase for a reply to something. She was always updating me when it was needed. They are a fantastic team. So friendly and patient. And their communication is on point. Great experience
We sold and purchase a new house and we chose Thomas and Flavell as our solicitors. We had a smooth ride due to their experience and expertise. I will 100% recommend them, especially Sarah and Harriet.

Purchase and Sale of Properties

Excellent solicitors
We were recommended Thomas Flavell by a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them on. Sarah and Harriet were very helpful, even with some more difficult aspects of our house sale and quick to respond to any queries. We will use them again in the future!

House sale
Such amazing service from Sarah Workman and Harriet Sutton. We were in a very complicated chain which ultimately fell through, but the team were so flexible, helpful and efficient at all times, responding to emails immediately most of the time, and always available on the phone. The fees were really reasonable considering how attentive they were. Highly recommend the service of Thomas Flavell and Sons and we will definitely be using them again in future.

Absolutely Brilliant
Sarah Workman and her assistant, Harriet Sutton from the Leamington branch of Thomas Flavell solicitors, are an outstanding team, and absolutely the best conveyancing solicitors that I know. They are professional, approachable, courteous, and friendly, and navigated my husband and I in the buying process, they were always available by email or phone if needed, the communication was excellent, and they both work well as a team, and in a timely manner. They answered all my questions without hesitation, and pushed the buying process through with confidence and great legal knowledge. They always kept me informed at every stage, and were good value for money. I definitely would recommend them.

Sarah has been exceptional, cannot recommend her enough. From start to finish she has been amazing and assisted us over and above the call of duty.

Seamless House Purchase
I have tried to move house many times in the last few years, and for some reason (survey or otherwise) it has fallen through. This time though, everything went really smoothly. TFS Solicitors were fabulous - I didn't feel overwhelmed by paperwork, but was still kept informed throughout. Everything was done electronically which made the transaction so much easier. Even right at the end, when the completion looked as though it might have to stretch over a weekend, TFS were able to get the transaction done by close of play on the Friday evening. I have been very grateful for their help and support.
