We used Thomas Flavell & Sons Ltd for our conveyancing on a property purchase. Jamie looked after us and our case from start to finish. There were a few hurdles to overcome and Jamie was right on top of them. I've never known anyone to respond as quickly to queries as Jamie did, let alone a solicitor!!!! The tech used for all details and documents to be uploaded made the whole process seamless. We will definitely use Thomas Flavell & Sons for future conveyancing and highly recommend to anyone in need of a good solicitor.

Made our first house purchase much much less daunting!
Rosie, Sarah and James all went out of their way to chase things through and keep me updated. I would recommend this firm to anyone, and will hopefully be returning again if/ when we decide to upgrade!

House conveyance
Rachel Armitage dealt with my recent house sale/purchase. She was excellent throughout the process from start to finish and dealt with all stages very promptly and kept me updated regularly. In the final week before completion there were some issues with the mortgage being delayed and Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we completed as planned.
I would definitely recommend and I'll be using next time.

First home purchase - no stress!
What I was expecting to be a stressful experience was absolutely not!

Professional, helpful, personable
Thos. Flavell were recommended to us and we've just used Flavells for the conveyancing on the sale of a rental property with all of the associated challenges (hold-ups, change of purchaser, change of purchaser's solicitor etc) - however we got there, ably navigated by Rachel and Jamie. Can recommend and will definitely instruct again as and when in the future.

Professional, responsive and sympathetic throughout
We are first time buyers and had one property fall through and a number of issues with the second. Rachel was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process and worked really hard for us to get everything sorted before our mortgage offer expired.
