Effortless conveyancing process

House conveyance
Rachel Armitage dealt with my recent house sale/purchase. She was excellent throughout the process from start to finish and dealt with all stages very promptly and kept me updated regularly. In the final week before completion there were some issues with the mortgage being delayed and Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we completed as planned.
I would definitely recommend and I'll be using next time.

Professional, helpful, personable
Thos. Flavell were recommended to us and we've just used Flavells for the conveyancing on the sale of a rental property with all of the associated challenges (hold-ups, change of purchaser, change of purchaser's solicitor etc) - however we got there, ably navigated by Rachel and Jamie. Can recommend and will definitely instruct again as and when in the future.

Professional, responsive and sympathetic throughout
We are first time buyers and had one property fall through and a number of issues with the second. Rachel was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process and worked really hard for us to get everything sorted before our mortgage offer expired. Excellent Service from Rachel Armitage
Rachel Armitage (part of Jamie Connelly's team) dealt with the conveyancing of a small property for us after being recommended by another solicitor we use. The last time we used a conveyancing solicitor we had a bad experience. The whole experience couldn't have been more different. We are absolutely over the moon with the service she provided. She did everything so efficiently very quickly & the whole thing was done by email. I had various queries along the way & they were all answered succinctly & very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble & was all included in the price quoted. I will definitely be using Thomas Flavell again next time & will specifically ask for Rachel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends & colleagues. 5 star service all round-thanks Rachel!
