I was selling my parents’ home which was 200 miles away and chose a firm closer to me than the property I was selling. Kiran and her team were excellent at keeping me informed, communicating with me in the way I preferred and were very personable throughout. This was a bereavement and my former childhood home and Kiran was also sensitive to that. There were unexpected issues along the way and I certainly felt I had the best solicitor in the chain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very good experience, Kieran was extremely helpful and always responded to us quickly when we had questions on our purchase. We were told how long the purchase could take prior to going with BTTJ and they delivered within this timeframe. Throughout the process I always felt they had our best interest in mind.
