I have already recommended Thomas Flavell & Sons, in particular Mark Hardy to a couple of people, and will continue to do so. The process of selling our house and buying another was all conducted online, no printing of documents, or posting anything. It was efficient, with clear and prompt communication, which we, and both estate agents really appreciated. We were very impressed and I would trust Mark with any conveyancing in the future.

We recently used Thomas Flavell & Sons for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. From day one, the communication was efficient and clear.
