Elle Atkinson joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in December 2025 and is based in our Hinckley office as a Conveyancing Executive. Elle brings over seven years of conveyancing experience to the firm. She began her legal career at BHW Solicitors in 2018, starting as a paralegal before progressing to a Conveyancer, and later spent 18 months working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner at Headleys Solicitors. Prior to moving into law, Elle also worked within the property sector at Haart estate agents, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the moving process from all sides. Her main area of expertise is conveyancing, and she prides herself on guiding clients through what can often feel like a stressful time with reassurance, efficiency and clear communication. For Elle, the most rewarding part of the role is seeing happy clients collect the keys to their new home, knowing her support has made a real difference to their experience. Elle is particularly proud of successfully transitioning her career and working her way up within the conveyancing industry - proof that determination really does pay off. Outside of work, Elle enjoys going to the gym, long walks with her husband, good food, and spending quality time with friends, family and her two stepsons. She’s also usually counting down the days to her next holiday!

    Incredible efficient friendly professional service

    Elle was incredibly good at her job, she was very responsive to emails, kept me up to date and most importantly moved things along quickly as I was on a tight deadline. I totally recommend her, she was professional but friendly and everything went very smoothly. Excellent service!

    Thank you so much to Verity and her team of Kelly, Shelley, Lynsey, Jane and Elle. They have been amazing with our conveyancing transaction. They have been very professional and patient with us along the way and kept us updated. They have helped make what would could be a very stressful time as stress free as possible. We had a tricky lease hold purchase which went over heads as first time buyers but the team explained things to us as simply as possible. Would definitely recommend Verity and her team and TFS as a whole we will definitely be using their services again!! Thank you again to the team!
