Read deedpoll incorrectly and were completley unprofessional, talked over clients and did not listen to specific instructions and details, does not know what a statutory declaration is and were generally unhelpful

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I had a very bad experience with them. I was forced by the lander to choose this company to buy a house. They only gave me promises and in the end they did not complete the process and after that they asked me to pay them the full amount for their service even though the process was not completed, their fees being higher than other companies.

Experts in Holiday Let Conveyancing, when most Solicitors assume usual Domestic House basis, and get it wrong. Very efficient and kept close contact during recent Holiday Let sale, which buyers Solicitor nearly thwarted, due to lack of experience. Have used before, and will again.
