I am so pleased, grateful, and thankful that we completed the acquisition of a buy-to-let property—a two-bedroom, two-bathroom semi-detached Terrace House in the vibrant city of Leeds. Finding a reputable conveyancer proved challenging, and I encountered several setbacks before being fortunately referred to Blacks Solicitors by the care team.
Ms Rebecca at Blacks Solicitors exhibited exceptional professionalism and provided invaluable support. Her composed and helpful demeanour significantly alleviated the complexities associated with property acquisition. Despite encountering a few obstacles and dramas, the referral financial firms wasted three months of anyone involved time.
The efforts of the other associates at Blacks Solicitors in addressing my inquiries were noteworthy. However, I did notice a need for improved communication, particularly during Ms. Rebecca's absence.
