Allocated Blacks for conveyance work. I was kept fully informed by email and phone at all times. I found Rebecca to be friendly and approachable with her answering any queries quickly and professionally. I very rarely write reviews but feel the need to here. I'm an estate agent and have worked with Helen and Amy on a few cases now. Their communication and integrity is really second to none, always replying within a few hours and being extremely thorough in their work. They're always approachable over the phone as well to both myself and their clients. In particular, we are ready to complete on a case next week, and Helen has really gone out of her way to ensure that my buyer doesn't lose out on the sale, despite the extremely tight timeframes given by the rest of the chain. Highly recommend both Helen and Amy - they are a credit to the industry
