I was recommended Blacks Solicitors regarding my house purchase and the ladies that dealt with matters for me were Helen Carter and Amy Palfreeman, both were very professional and friendly to approach regarding any queries that I had. I dealt with Amy over email more and she always explained things clearly and kept me updated at all times, I never had to chase any queries that I had Amy always replied back promptly. And the house sale was completed smoothly. I would definitely use Blacks Solicitors again in the future if i need to buy another property and would personally ask for Helen and Amy as they made the experience stress free. I have
passed on my experience to friends as I feel that Blacks Solicitors are very professional and approachable and deal with matters promptly and keep you updated throughout the whole process.

Blacks Solicitors LLP acted as our conveyancing solicitors in the purchase of our first home earlier this year. Caithlin, in particular, was very professional, timely and understanding with all of our requests and wishes. She kept us updated during the process which many I am sure know it is very complex and can be daunting at times. Despite some hiccups on the road, Caithlin kept our best interest in mind and helped us get home we wanted. Thank you again for your assistance during the process!

We've used Blacks for both buying and selling real estate during the past few years, and they have been great: friendly, professional, responsive, helping us navigate the many quirks of the English house buying/selling procedures, working very efficiently and effectively with the real estate agency and the other parties' solicitors, and always giving the information we needed to get things done.
I'd certainly recommend them very highly to anyone looking at property transactions in Leeds.
