    Jack has been fantastic from start to finish ! Any questions we had or emails we sent Jack replied very quickly and helped in any way he could. The communication could not of been any better, it really made for a stress free experience. There was also abit of extra work needed in our circumstances and he couldn’t have dealt with any better.     Very fast completion

    Did not expect to be in our first home before Christmas when only instructing at the end of October! No delays, smooth sailing and no stress. Jack was also very reassuring and anything that we needed he was there and ready to answer any questions.

    Just completed our fourth transaction with Jack, (two re-mortgages, a purchase and a complicated sale) over the last two years. He has been excellent-very responsive and clear in his communication. Almost everything is done on line, he's in Leeds, we're in Birmingham. Highly recommended!

    We recently used Black's for the purchase of our new house and Jack Parkinson was absolutely brilliant. To be honest I was dreading the conveyancing part after a rubbish experience with another large Leeds based law firm who would win awards for dragging everything out and making it as slow and tedious as possible. Jack however, was the the complete opposite. His responses to all our queries were absolutely instant and there were quite a few due to our very complicated purchase, sale and remortgaging situation. He was always at the end of the phone and very accommodating if there were any issues and he managed to turn our purchase around in just under 6 weeks! I would highly recommend using Jack Parkinson for conveyancing, he is an asset to the firm and I would definitely use these again.
