Not once did we feel we didn’t know where we were in the process, Jack kept us updated regularly and done everything he could to get us moved quickly. We recently used Black's for the purchase of our new house and Jack Parkinson was absolutely brilliant. To be honest I was dreading the conveyancing part after a rubbish experience with another large Leeds based law firm who would win awards for dragging everything out and making it as slow and tedious as possible. Jack however, was the the complete opposite. His responses to all our queries were absolutely instant and there were quite a few due to our very complicated purchase, sale and remortgaging situation. He was always at the end of the phone and very accommodating if there were any issues and he managed to turn our purchase around in just under 6 weeks! I would highly recommend using Jack Parkinson for conveyancing, he is an asset to the firm and I would definitely use these again.
