After receiving quotes from many different solicitors as a first time buyer, Blacks was recommended to me by a colleague and I am so glad I chose to use them. After hearing such horror stories around the solicitor side of buying a house, Caithlin was amazing. Very attentive, helpful and responsive. I also never had to chase her for anything and nothing felt like too much. She helped my partner and I with any questions we had and always kept us up-to-date. Exceptional service
We were advised to use Blacks for the purchase of a property via auction. We informed them late into the process but they were brilliant, got on to the case straight away without any delays.
Caithlin McParaland was our case handler, very polite and friendly. Answered any questions we had and kept us updated all the way through. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely be using them in the future without hesitation.

Investment Purchase
