I have used Blacks solicitors a few times now for purchases of buy to let properties and they have been absolutely brilliant each time. Sam (Samantha Slyth) and Lauren Sykes are the solicitors that have dealt with my purchases and they are both an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely efficient and very prompt with their responses. They are very thorough, diligent and make sure that the whole process is stress free and hassle free.
