Going through redundancy and the process of settlement negotiation is a difficult experience for anyone. As a disabled and neurodivergent person, I found it particularly hard. Ellie was incredibly supportive, informative and professional throughout which made the experience so much less challenging. She made me feel listened to, understood and prioritised. I can't recommend Blacks enough, as Ellie (and David) went out of their way to achieve the best outcome possible. A heartfelt thank you!

David Ward gave me very professional and realistic advice regarding a potential employment claim. I really appreciated that he gave me an honest appraisal of my situation, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. I found Blacks through an online search regarding employment law, but I have previously used them for conveyancing and they were very professional on that occasion too. David and Ben are very professional lawyers who know the law, mine was Employment law, and the case settled quite quick and very smooth, cannot go into the case, apart from laws are laws, companies cannot break laws and feel they are right in doing so. I feel most companies think that most people would just leave and do nothing, if you feel you've been wrongly dismissed, then I suggest getting in touch with David or Ben, you might be surprised that you might have a case.
