House Purchase Super Efficient Service

Eleanor and Sarah at Blacks Solicitors were fantastic during my property purchase.
The process became very frustrating due to delays and issues caused by both the lenders and the sellers, but Eleanor and Sarah handled everything with professionalism and expertise.
Their support made a difficult process much easier.

Eleanor Firth and Alison Neary offered first class service in what was an extremely complicated and drawn out transaction. If not for their expertise I very much doubt the sale would've progressed. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Mrs. Eleanor Firth was my solicitor during a long purchase process and she was lovely and very patience and helpful all the way, for which I'm very appreciative.

Home Reports (I actually received two, due to one chain breaking and going for the second house!) were very extensive and all details well taken care of. I was always kept very well informed of the progress and also received quick and detailed responses to my queries :)

I offered on my property 4th December completed 25th Feb, I could have completed end of January if I wanted to.

Eleanor Firth was recommended by my mortgage broker and although slightly more than some of the other quotes they provided 1000% worth the extra.

Eleanor was very responsive and turned things around very quickly, we spoke over the phone and she answered any questions I had until I was comfortable.

This was my first property purchase and when the time comes again I’ll definitely use Blacks and Eleanor specifically.

Thanks for helping make this as smooth as possible.
