After an error on my husbands Visa we had tried for 9 months following Home
Office guidance to rectify. With an expired visa , no work codes we was at a dead end ! Calling Axis for advice turned out to be the answer. Wasim kindly assisted us but genuinely ! I wasn’t a client just a member of the public not knowing what to do next. Two days later the issue was fixed . Wasim was kind , showed empathy and offered reassurance . We will be forever grateful

Mohammed Olly & Amirul Islam from the Birmingham brach have been a pleasure to deal with and have been polite, courteous and professional with us.
