We would like to express a great thank you to Megan at Axis Solicitors. Right from the beginning she was professional, attentive and considerate. Even when we asked a lot of questions due to our own doubt she reassured us with great simple clear and easy to understand communication without all the confusing legal lingo to keep us at ease. I would not recommend anyone else to those that need help with spouse/family matters. Her work does not need a review as evidence but if anyone is not sure then remember she got our spouse & dependant matter successfully completed with a record breaking 30 day response from the Home Office. After an error on my husbands Visa we had tried for 9 months following Home Office guidance to rectify. With an expired visa , no work codes we was at a dead end ! Calling Axis for advice turned out to be the answer. Wasim kindly assisted us but genuinely ! I wasn’t a client just a member of the public not knowing what to do next. Mine and my wife's experience of Axis Solicitors has been pretty exceptional and straight forward. They have presented us the necessary information to conclude a great use of service with our documentation towards our Spousal Visa, allowing us to finally close the gap and live together after 2 and half years of long distance. As great as it was, I'd highly rate Samera to overlook the process of keeping track of our application and managing parts of our case with great consistency and maturity in handling stressful situations. Megan our official case worker has also done a good job, however at points I did have to question her commitment to our case as some things took way longer than they should, at times frustratingly short emails, and the stress of days passing important moments did cause some unsatisfactory feelings. Regardless, she handled each moment with maturity and understanding and helped us conclude a successful visa application, which is in thanks to her. With that said, me and my wife felt like we made the correct choice with our Spousal Visa in the hands of Axis Solicitors, which overall secured our future to finally be able to live together and overcome all odds. Highly recommend, but I'd advise to make sure to not let days go to nothing and always make sure you're getting information at a consistent rate. Furthermore, Thank you Axis Solicitors. Highly recommend for your Spousal Visa!
