I had begun the process of getting UK dual citizenship for my husband with another firm. Immediately, the process was a mess. I was put in touch with no less than six different people, and it began to feel like a sham. I then found OTB and was assigned to Callam. We had a few email exchanges and then a video conference. Aside from billing, Callam is the only person I ever dealt with. It turns out that we had quite a complicated situation to navigate. Callam put together a perfect strategy, advised on the supporting documents needed, and then filed for the application which proved to be successful!

I was recommended to Callam by another firm when I received a letter through the post of a possibility that I may be deprived of my British citizenship.
