House purchase and sale
Ian and Sharon at Richard Reed helped me to sell my house. It turned out to be much more complicated than expected and required land boundary changes. They dealt with all of this without complaint and refused to accept further fees for this extra work.

First class service
The conveyance was a little more complex than most.The proper was split between two my self and a company pension scheme.The deeds were split accordingly.
