First time in twenty years selling and buying a property and its safe to say I was absolutely clueless. I selected Richard Reed based on a recommendation from my estate agent and what a fantastic recommendation it was.
Nicola, Joanne and Abbey were brilliant, they kept me updated throughout the process and were really patient with all of my questions. The solicitors at the top and bottom of our chain were terrible, I was so pleased I made the right decision. I would most definitely recommend.

First time buyer
Couldnt fault them in any way. From the start they were there at hand any time to answer any questions. The sale wasn't the easiest but they were there all the way through offering support.

House sale
Have always used RR for everything legal and have always had first class service.
My only complaint on this occasion would be slowness of communication.

Very Good
Unfortunately my first experience buying a flat wasn't great due to the seller using solicitors through purple bricks, who couldn't seem to be bothered to get the sale through. Nicola, Abbey and the team at Richard Reed did everything they could to speed it along but the whole process took just under 6 months. I would recommend always going with a local solicitor, like Richard Reed if you are in the Sunderland area, rather than one through one of these national websites. I was regularly kept informed, sent all the relevant information and forms in a timely manner and they chased everything on my behalf.
