Professional service
In spite of delays (not due to our solicitors) the team at Lyons Bowe did their best to make the conveyancing process as least stressful as possible. Holly got the ball rolling for us. Rachel explained clearly what was involved and provided us with detailed information. Jess was very efficient and always polite.

Efficient team
Right from the moment I requested Lyons Bowe to act for me for the conveyance of my property I was greeted by an efficient, friendly, helpful team. There were three stages to the process. Each one run by a specific experienced team with each transition seamlessly moving from one to the other until completion. At every stage I was able to contact the team leader on the phone or by email and got rapid responses at all times. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone who requires a solicitor’s service.

Conveyancing
Very efficient service. I did find it a bit different, in how each stage of the process was led by a different member of staff, but nevertheless we got through it smoothly and yes I would recommend.

Fair and equitable
Email communication good with two members of staff. Receptionist at Bridgwater office polite and efficient at her parts of the process. Option not to have a Online account appreciated.

House sale
My estate agent gave my there number and said they were a good company . Best company ever used keep you up to date all the time reply back to your emails same day normally within a few hours or quicker. Would only use this company in the future for property sales also a big bonus cheaper than most other companies so win win.
