Jenna Made All the Difference
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wanted to leave a review specifically for Jenna, who took over as my point of contact towards the end of my property sale. Jenna was absolutely brilliant throughout the final stages. She was extremely friendly, approachable and, most importantly, incredibly responsive. She answered my emails quickly, was available on the phone, kept me updated and genuinely couldn't do enough to help move the sale forward. This became particularly important right at the end of the process when we ran into issues involving the management company and Help to Buy. There were documents and information that needed to be obtained urgently, and there was a real possibility that the sale could be pushed back if everything wasn't resolved in time. Jenna was persistent in chasing the relevant people and didn't simply leave things sitting unanswered. Thanks to her perseverance, we managed to obtain everything that was required and the sale was able to go through without any delay. I really appreciated how proactive she was, particularly during what became a very stressful final few days. My experience with Lyons Bowe as a whole was slightly more mixed. During different stages of the sale I was allocated different solicitors/legal representatives as my main point of contact. Although communication by email was generally good, getting through by telephone could sometimes be frustrating, and there were occasions where I tried repeatedly without receiving an answer. Earlier in the process, there was also an issue involving information required from the management company. I had trusted that this was being followed up, but after approximately two weeks I contacted my representative for an update and discovered that very little progress had been made. I ultimately contacted and repeatedly chased the management company myself and managed to obtain what was needed that same day. This was frustrating, particularly as I felt the sale could potentially have progressed several weeks earlier had the same level of proactive chasing taken place at that stage. That experience is actually what made Jenna stand out so much. When she took over towards the end, she demonstrated exactly the level of communication, persistence and proactive chasing that I had hoped for throughout the process. If I were reviewing my overall experience with Lyons Bowe, I would probably give around four stars because of those earlier frustrations. However, this review is specifically for Jenna, and the service I received from her was unquestionably five stars. Thank you, Jenna, for all your help, persistence and reassurance during the final stages of the sale. You genuinely made a stressful situation much easier and played a big part in getting everything over the line on time.
