I've found all of the team at Lyons Bowe to be responsive and effective, working hard towards our goals. Everybody was prompt at answering emails and answering questions so that I could keep ahead of what was needed next. It was clear from our occasional phone calls that we were on the same page. Right towards the end, they managed to execute a very quick exchange and completion, saving the whole chain a lot of time and money. I also felt the pricing was very fair and clear. No surprise charges despite a very long buying & selling process (no fault of Lyons Bowe). Thanks Liandi, Simone and Faine!

Honestly I've never wanted to review solicitors before, they've been ok and have done their job at varying timescales. But Lyons Bowe are genuinely amazing. From the start, my partner and I have commented every single time when something happened how quick they are, and they're a delight to communicate with too! Lyons Bowe solicitors were great, I couldn’t say one bad thing about them or the entire experience. We have tried working with other solicitors and they had all used complex language, taken ages to reply, and had generally bad service. However Lyons Bowe were quick to respond to everything we sent them. From start to finish over the Christmas period they had us completed and exchanged in just over a month! All the contact with has been quick and effortless, with Simone conducting our conveyance and Jada our exchange. I’m also usually very sceptical with apps and was reluctant to use this to begin with, however it definitely streamlined the entire process and the app actually worked really well and definitely enhanced the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Lyons to anyone looking to move out, especially any first time buyers!
