Professional and friendly

Well handled complex conveyance
Buying and selling a flat in a high rise block has become much more complex with recent legislation. There are many new requirements which require much greater knowledge and perseverance from the solicitors - M&M provided this. Our deal was further complicated by the number in the chain (9 in which we were no. 7). Deadlines were tight but the team at M&M kept on it, keeping us informed, and it happened !

Mrs Nesta Howard’s Estate
Everyone at Matthew & Matthew have been very supportive, empathetic & professional whilst handling my late mother’s estate since June ‘23.

Reassuring legal support
Everything was made very clear from the start in a very reassuring way. I felt supported and respected in decisions necessary, including on every level from each solicitor and really approachable front of house colleagues who were friendly and knowledgeable .
