We recently used Matthew and Matthew for our sale and purchase. We have used them before and always found them to be extremely knowledgeable , efficient, friendly and professional. Reassuring legal support
Everything was made very clear from the start in a very reassuring way. I felt supported and respected in decisions necessary, including on every level from each solicitor and really approachable front of house colleagues who were friendly and knowledgeable .

Relentless hard work on our behalf!
A supposedly simple conveyancing chain made very very difficult by unusual circumstances, and idiot buyers, was handled unbelievably well!
If it hadn’t been for Lynsey staying on top of things, and keeping us informed at every step, the process would have collapsed way before exchange; we can’t thank her enough for doing an amazing job and keeping us sane!
She was virtually doing the agent’s and sellers legal team jobs for them, and went way beyond what you should expect! There aren’t enough words for how grateful we are!

Sale of flat in Bournemouth
A stress free process from start to finish. Everyone in the firm could not have been more helpful and they always made sure that issues and requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. I always felt confident that I was in the hands of an experienced and empathetic team.

I have used Matthew and Matthew a few times now when buying or selling property. I have always been pleased with the service and my most recent experience did not disappoint. Lynsey was thorough and communicative throughout and able to explain things in more simple terms if needed. Good quality conveyancing
Matthew and Matthew gave us a good service selling my late mother's house. They were always responsive to queries and moved the process on at a good pace. Definitely recommend them for property transactions.

Feedback
Asked for a conveyancing quote for a re-mortgage. Was eventually told by a "conveyancing executive" that they were too busy to supply this. Not impressed at all that this local firm could not be bothered to take on a local client - but then again, that is probably very fortunate!
