I would recommend
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support provided by Emily and Sam. From my very first converstion with Emily, I felt truly heard and supported during what was an incredibly disheartening time for me. Working within the immigration department, I am all too familiar with the challenges and inconsistencies that can arise when dealing with the Home Office - even when every rule is followed to the point. Emily took the time to listen and explained the processes surrounding the Pre-Action Protocol and Judicial Review processes, which helped me feel more informed and reassured. Later, I had a joint call with both Emily and Sam while we awaited a decision from the Home Office. They were both exceptionally clear, concise and thorough in addressing all my questions. Initially, Sam regularly kept in contact with me, updating me with the new legislation and was supportive in clearing up another law firms mess. He was so patient and calmed us during some pretty turbulent times following a visa refusal. Following Sam’s holiday this summer, he informed me that Shahnaz would be taking over the case. Shahnaz totally matched Sam’s service, speed of response and ultimately delivered the result we hoped for! I spoke with Shahnaz a number of times past 8/9pm to accommodate my work schedule which was so greatly appreciated while creating the file of evidence
