Professional, efficient, friendly and caring
After quite shocking experiences over several months with two firms of solicitors - ignored emails, failure to answer important questions and many broken promises of phone calls which never materialised, I was in despair of ever finding a solicitor I could trust to handle my legal problems.
Then I found an ad for Complete Clarity Solicitors, offering an actual face to face free consultation. I rang and made an appointment for a few days later. It was a huge relief to meet with Chloe Herd and Daryl Walker. These young lawyers were so kind, sympathetic, friendly and interested in what I had to say. They listened attentively to my problems, took detailed notes and asked many very pertinent questions. I left that meeting walking on air and feeling greatly reassured that at last I was in capable hands.
They've dealt promptly, efficiently and effectively with everything and I was very impressed with the speed at which they got things done. They accomplished more in three or four weeks than the previous two firms had managed in months. I am deeply grateful that I found them.
