There are several issues and looking at the other 1 star reviews it proves that this company particularly Billy Smith who has the ability of an office junior and charges like a wounded rhino.

He misadvised me and took my case completely in the wrong direction then lied to me and the Law Society of Scotland. His charges were so high I had to sell a flat I owned and seek help from a IP, its left a bitter and angry scenario.

I had to find a new solicitor and he managed to win my case but the stress and financial burden last a long time afterwards


How can this man and company keep doing this? Why doesn't someone in authority investigate them before the consequences are irreversible.
