After quite shocking experiences over several months with two firms of solicitors - ignored emails, failure to answer important questions and many broken promises of phone calls which never materialised, I was in despair of ever finding a solicitor I could trust to handle my legal problems.
Then I found an ad for Complete Clarity Solicitors, offering an actual face to face free consultation. I rang and made an appointment for a few days later. It was a huge relief to meet with Chloe Herd and Daryl Walker. These young lawyers were so kind, sympathetic, friendly and interested in what I had to say. They listened attentively to my problems, took detailed notes and asked many very pertinent questions. I left that meeting walking on air and feeling greatly reassured that at last I was in capable hands.
They've dealt promptly, efficiently and effectively with everything and I was very impressed with the speed at which they got things done. They accomplished more in three or four weeks than the previous two firms had managed in months. I am deeply grateful that I found them.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing a lawyer who really knows the law and who offers a highly professional, effective and friendly, caring service to their clients.

There are several issues and looking at the other 1 star reviews it proves that this company particularly Billy Smith who has the ability of an office junior and charges like a wounded rhino.
He misadvised me and took my case completely in the wrong direction then lied to me and the Law Society of Scotland. His charges were so high I had to sell a flat I owned and seek help from a IP, its left a bitter and angry scenario.
I had to find a new solicitor and he managed to win my case but the stress and financial burden last a long time afterwards
How can this man and company keep doing this? Why doesn't someone in authority investigate them before the consequences are irreversible.

I was very pleased with the service received from Sinead Machin in relation to my conveyancing case. The case was expertly handled by Sinead who was proactive in keeping things moving in, was mindful of my sale in a different jurisdiction liaising with the lawyer there as appropriate and providing comprehensive, clear and timely updates. My case was concluded earlier than expected and I am now the very happy owner of my new home in Glasgow. I wish Sinead every success in her future career.

Over the past 12 months I have used the services of Complete Clarity for three pieces of work involving a legal matter, house sale and conveyancing. The team are very professional, answered all my questions, handled all matters timeously and kept me informed of progress. I am very satisfied with the services and would highly recommend the company to others. I particularly like the open plan approach in the office as by walking in I dealt with a number of issues with the team in minutes, rather than waiting for returned calls or emails. An excellent all round service.

Being a first time buyer and unsure of the process I cannot recommend this office highly enough. My solicitor was very professional, efficient and was able to clarify all the legal terms for me clearly and keep in touch with updates and what was required on my part to complete the sale. Everything went through smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely use this firm again and recommend to new potential homeowners in the future

I had an appointment with Mr Grant O'Neill which was for a free 30 minute consultation. Mr O'Neill made me feel welcomed and assured me that i wasn't restricted to exactly 30 minutes and that i had time to explain my situation and ask his advice. I felt Mr O'Neill listened to what i had to say and provided me with valuable advice. He explained what Simplicity Legal Solicitors could do to help me and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately as I seeking a small amount from the small claims court it was not feasible to accept the legal help but had i been seeking a larger amount I would definitely have felt secure and valued by Mr O'Neill and Simplicity Legal. I highly recommend this company. On a personal note i want to say thankyou to Mr O'Neill your time, help and guidance was appreciated.
