I can't thank Ellidh, Emma and Billy enough. What I thought was a simple process turned out to be rather complicated, outwith my control. The team however understood and couldn't have been more helpful, explaining everything to me step by step, and despite several setbacks they got both the sale of my house and onwards purchase done, which couldn't have been easy. I'd recomend them to anyone before contacting any other firm.

After 2 weeks of sleepless nights,I eventually sought out a lawyer & what a great lawyer we found.

My experience of simplicity was very positive. Life changing. I arrived with my head in tatters at the prospect of a fight, on a project gone off target. I was sat down after some phone calls and brief emails in a zoom meeting. I spoke with Billy Smith but all his team have the same approach (he said this to me).
Meeting 1. I was startled with how quickly he put my head back together. The preface was a legal conversation. The main parties involved. Shaking out the he said, she said. The contracts. The big picture. Lots of note taking and listening.
Meeting 2. We worked out my choices. Plainly. clearly. Simply. The company does what it says on the tin. It was eerie how exact working with them was to their marketing.
So we went through what it would be like if none of this had happened. What an amicable settlement would be, right through to a case and litigation options. We looked at high risk to low risk etc. And a few other ways to evaluate things. He left it there and got me to visualise and settle on what I wanted to happen next.
Part 3. Helping me get the outcome I wanted. I can't go into the detail of my case, but coaching me on how to deal with situations that would come up was a big part of the approach. It wasn't easy but he helped me focus.
The result
I won the outcome I wanted.
They are good value. They definitely won't make your choices for you, but helped me to make a choice. A choice where I could live with the consequences. Everything just seemed clearer, and how to get there seemed straight forward. Which makes sense, I had a big hitter in my corner, telling me the possibilities of what could happen next.
Simplicity Legal are very good. I would be surprised if what happened to me didn't match closely to your own experience of them. I hope that's a help. Sorry if it wasn't.

Invaluable
