Most of us are likely to require Legal Assistance at some time and chosing a solicitor could be a bit daunting. Last September I was in that exact position. I was aware of a number of favourable reviews on Simplicity Legal and made that my choice. My appointed Solicitor was Emma King and I have been totally satisfied with the level of understanding, help and advice. I have been delighted by the level of knowledge, confidence and experience and pleased to recommend the Company to anyone requiring their services.

I came to Emma King and her team during a bitter separation battle with my ex after reading some reviews which kept indicating her as one of, if not, thee best in the business in the Greater Glasgow area.

Emma was quick and informative without drowning me in legal jargon. Within the first appointment she was quick to point out my house was indeed mine and the ex had no claim due requirements met under Scots law, huge relief.

As time went on (due to my ex's lawyer dragging their heels) her role within the company changed and my case was passed to her understudy Craig Chisholm, a young lawyer and even with my initial reservations at first, as I wanted the most experience possible, it did not take long to see Craig was no less competent but in fact very good at his job, very keen and hungry. I then had the best of both worlds, a young hungry lawyer dealing with my case with a very experienced one overseeing it all.

Communication was excellent throughout, all correspondence was followed up with a phone call and/or email. Even when there was nothing coming from the 'other side' Craig was constantly chasing and pushing for a response.

Hopefully I will never need their services again in that capacity however should I, then I would definitely use them again, 100%. Although there are lawyers who will charge less, in my opinion you get what you pay for, if you want the best you have to pay for the best and as far as I am concerned that IS Emma, Craig and the team at Complete Clarity
