Andrew assisted me in evicting an unwanted occupier in my late father’s property. A situation that was quite delicate and extremely challenging. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and kept me up to date at all times. In the end, we achieved the desired outcome and I will be forever grateful to Andrew.

Andrew handled my transfer of equity and was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I contacted complete clarity for assistance after being scammed out of a large sum of money. The staff were very friendly from the start. I was asked to attend an appointment with Andrew Devlin a trainee solicitor. I was very impressed from the start with his knowledge advice & guidance. We agreed on a strategy & after a period of a couple of months & moving no further forward i decided not to go further in the meantime with the complaint. Andrew's work throughout the process was exceptional & he is a credit to the firm. I was also introduced to jenna another solicitor from the firm & she was also very supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend complete clarity for any legal matters. Very professional from the reception staff to the lawyers working the cases.

Used for advice relating to a notice to leave. I had struggled to find anywhere who could help or give advice but Andrew was amazing. I had never been in this situation before and Andrew listened to and took on board everything I had to say. He talked me through everything and gave advice on what the next steps would be. He really understood where my concerns were and made sure he checked into these and came back with an answer so I had all the information i needed to make an informed decision.
