My partner and I had Leah & Charlotte as our solicitors who were absolutely incredible. Great communication, timely and understandable responses, with consistent and positive progress throughout. On the last week, there were lots of issues with the mortgage offer (due to no fault of the firm, or any individuals at the firm), to which both Leah and Charlotte worked extremely hard in unison with our broker to secure our first house. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended
Leah (Chambers) was extremely helpful and efficient during our house sale which we had to accelerate in advance of the normal timeframe for personal reasons. She pushed it through as requested - clearly brining the purchasers' solicitor on board, and throughout the process she was friendly and communicated clearly.

First house purchase
Used Martin Tolhurst while buying my first house.
Found them extremely helpful and efficient, they seemed to have a very in depth knowledge of the house buying process.
And for what they did i find there costs more than reasonable.
Would recommend.
