Jason also advises on a range of commercial contracts, working with banks, real estate investors and major players across the leisure and retail sectors. Clients value Jason’s ability to quickly understand the issues and opportunities facing their businesses and to provide relevant and commercial advice. Jason drafts and negotiates loan and security documents for private and institutional lenders as well as acting for borrowers. He also acts on corporate aspects of property transactions and advises property investors, landlords and tenants on portfolio management, joint ventures and development projects.
